This 8 session (1 session = 1 hour) introduction to The Pilates Studio is ideal for all new clients. It includes an introduction to the entire Pilates Studio and all its apparatus, private training and individual goal setting.

Community & Online Mat classes
You’ve had your introduction to Pilates and you now understand how to get the best out of your mat practice. I offer 3 types of classes, depending on your level:
Monday 9:00 Hemyock (int-adv): £33 per month
Monday 10:15 Hemyock (beg-int): £33 per month
Monday 11:30 Hemyock (seated): Paid per term or £8.50 drop-in *spaces permitting
Monday 17:45 Hemyock (Mixed) £27 per month
Wednesday 09:30 Honiton (int-adv): £34.80 per month
*subscriptions based on 36 Monday classes and 38 Wednesday classes September 24 - July 25
