Cancellation Policy
Private / Duet / Trio Training (in-person and Zoom)
All Private, Duet, and Trio in-person or Zoom bookings require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid charges. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged as attended. Cancel through your confirmation email or client account; only use phone/text/WhatsApp in emergencies.
If your Duet partner cancels with less than 24-hour notice, your session proceeds as normal at no extra cost. If they cancel with notice, you can upgrade to a private session or reschedule with another partner. Join the WhatsApp group for last-minute availability.
If both Trio partners cancel with less than 24-hour notice, your session proceeds as normal at no extra cost. If they cancel with notice, you can upgrade to a private session or reschedule with another partner. Join the WhatsApp group for last-minute availability.Class pack Expiry dates
Both 10 and 4 class packs have new expiry lengths - 10 class packs expire 13 weeks after purchase (giving 3 weeks within the package for non-attendance). 4 class packs expire 6 weeks after purchase (allowing 2 weeks within the package for non-attendance). In the event that the studio is closed or your teacher is sick on your session day, your class pack will be extended accordingly.
Subscription cancellation
Please provide 2 weeks notice if you wish to cancel your mat class or studio subscription.
Group Mat Practice (in-person and Zoom) cancellation
Group Mat / Chair classes, including Zoom classes, are booked as a course and are non-refundable from 7 days prior to the start of the course. If you are unable to attend an in-person session, you have two options to catch up, subject to availability:
1. switching to another class - Zoom or in-person
2. following the recorded Zoom practice at any time within 7 days of that online class
Anyone booked on a Zoom class but unable to participate live will receive the recorded class, which will act as a catch up.
We do not offer credits or refunds in lieu of catch up classes and are not able to roll catch ups over into subsequent terms. If you skip a term of mat classes, I can not guarantee your place should you wish to return.
